workshops & retreats

We run regular yoga workshops to help deepen and explore your understanding of yoga, as well as yoga day retreats for writers, which utilise meditation and yoga techniques to boost your creativity and encourage writing.

Yoga Workshops

Yoga workshops are a great way to deepen your understanding of yoga and pranayama. They’re a brilliant way to meet like-minded people or to bring together colleagues as a special away day. We schedule these throughout the year.

Yoga for Writers

Yoga can help you quiet the mind and make space for creative energies to flow. Our unique yoga for creative writing retreats will help you silence the inner chatter so you can listen to the beat of your story and pen that masterpiece!

We schedule workshops and retreats throughout the year, but if you'd like to schedule a private workshop or retreat for your business or organisation, get in touch with us at hello@yewyoga.org.
