Yes, for health and safety reasons, students are expected to bring their own mats and equipment to classes, retreats and workshops. However, if you’re new to yoga and you’d like to try it out before you make the investment we can make arrangements for you in advance. Please reach out to us before your first class.
Dru Yoga is a safe, gentle sequence-based style of yoga. Dru Yoga is all about finding what feels good in your body with guided sequences, postures that always begin in the spine (for a healthy, happy back) and deep grounding relaxation.
